Sungai Dua Seberang Perai Utara not consider Butterworth

The Sungai Dua is not under Butterworth. What is the correct mailing address for housing area in Sungai Dua? Example: XX, Jalan Merbau Indah, Taman Merbau Indah, Sungai Dua, Butterworth 13800. Or it should be just Taman Merbau Indah, Sungai Dua 13800?

From below diagram, Sungai Dua roll under BP2, just like Teluk Air Tawar, it a separate area from Butterworth. The diagram below is from MPSP Rancangan Pembangunan draft.     I also thought Teluk Air Tawar is part of Butterworth area. Sad that it is not.

    In the SPU district map, the word BP ( 1,2,3,4,....) stands for what?
