I had blogged about the potential new project by Palace Garden Development Sdn. Bhd. back in 2012 (
blog link), now I able to confirm more detail on the project. Palace Garden Development Sdn. Bhd. is one of the company under Metro Jelata Group. The Metro Jelata Group was the company the developed the R2 Avenue (Pusat Perniagaan Sungai Dua), the famous business shoplots in Sungai Dua, for today. It houses the KFC, Ayamas, Wah Lee Eletrical Shop and etc.
The new project beside PBA (Penang Bekalan Air) will be name Taman Seri Merbau, it located right beside Taman Merbau Jaya. The 38 units of shoplot had confirm and launched. The terrace houses still not yet launch, but allow to registration of interest.
